“Room was very clean Staff was very cordial and asked about our stay afterwards. We booked again in two weeks when we will be down there working again highly recommend!”
“The pool in pictures is not the pool at property. There’s a hot tub on the roof. No pool towels. Place was clean and neat. Just promised my kids a pool and there wasn’t one so it was a bust in that sense. Also the fees were outrageous, I am military and don’t make a lot of money and this place was super expensive. ”
“Quiet and cozy place to stay, Facility is old but works well. Host is kind, only thing I don’t like that I paid by cash, they did not give me receipt. Said “we don’t have receipt for cask”!”
“Very comfortable resort hotel. I chose to stay this hotel instead of Santa Monica beach area. And the stay is so great and and comfortable in my 10 days trip to LA. The nice and sweet staff upgraded my twin beds to a cabin room which has larger space and also complimentary breakfast for 3 persons.”

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
